Should any dispute disagreement or claim arise between the Parties (“the dispute”) concerning this Agreement the Parties shall endeavour to resolve the dispute amicably in the first instance. This entails one of the Parties inviting the other in writing to meet and attempt to resolve the dispute within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the written invitation.

The goal of the Parties shall be to resolve all disputes amicably and voluntarily whenever possible. The Party asserting breach or seeking an interpretation of this Agreement first shall deliver written notice on the other Party. The notice shall identify the specific Agreement provision alleged to have been violated or in dispute and shall specify in detail the asserting Party’s contention and any factual basis for the claim. Representatives of the Parties shall meet within thirty (30) days of receipt of notice in an effort to resolve the dispute.
