Disposal of Assets. Other than Permitted Dispositions or transactions expressly permitted by [[Sections 6.3 or 6.9]9]]9], Parent shall not, nor shall it permit any Restricted Subsidiary to, convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of any of its or their assets.

Disposal of Assets. Other than Permitted Dispositions or transactions expressly permitted by [[Sections[Sections 6.3 or 6.9]9]]9], Parentno Borrower shall, and no Borrower shall not, nor shall it permit any Restricted Subsidiaryof its Subsidiaries to, convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of (or enter into an agreement to convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of, except to the extent such agreement is conditioned upon obtaining prior written consent from Agent or contemplates the payment in full of the Obligations upon consummation of the transactions contemplated thereby, or is otherwise consented to in writing by Agent) any of its or their assets.
