Discount. The discount rate to be applied to sales of licenses of RA Products distributed by [[PTC:Organization]] or its Affiliates (either as part of the Combined Offering or on a standalone basis) will be as follows:

Discount. The discounts listed in this Section 2 will replace any prior negotiated pricing or discounts for the respective SKUs described below.

Discount. The pricing for the Products shall be subject to adjustment on a quarterly basis, based upon the volume of purchases of Products at the end of each quarter as further detailed on Exhibit B attached hereto. Any adjustments to pricing shall only be made at the end of a quarter and any adjusted pricing shall then be applicable for Products purchased in the succeeding quarter.

Special Discount. GE agrees to provide Airline with a special price for the New Engines, equal to ​ off the price listed in Attachment C, and subject to escalation in accordance with Attachment D. GE and Airline agree this selling price, compared to the list price in calculated in accordance with [Attachments C] & D, shall be considered a Special Allowance for the purposes of the terms and conditions contained in Attachment B.

Based on the sales results and sales strategy, Bitmain is willing to offer the following discount as set forth in clause 4.1:

BigQuery Discount. During the BQ Discount Period, Customer will get BQ compressed storage SKU for ​ per month per GB. The customer commits to keeping its BQ compressed storage usage at a minimum of ​ (uncompressed storage) for the duration of the contract.

Discount Rate. On each Borrowing Date on which Bankers’ Acceptances are to be accepted, the Administrative Agent shall advise the applicable Borrower as to the Administrative Agent’s determination of the applicable Discount Rate for the Bankers’ Acceptances which any of the Tranche 1 Revolving Lenders have agreed to purchase.

Original Issue Discount. The Borrower acknowledges that the Principal Amount of this Note exceeds the Purchase Price for this Note and that such excess is an original issue discount and shall be fully earned and charged to the Borrower upon the execution of this Note, and shall be paid to the Holder as part of the outstanding principal balance as set forth in this Note.

Original Issue Discount. The Notes carry an original issue discount of 1.5% (the “OID Amount”). The purchase price, therefore, shall be $2,955,000, computed as follows: $3,000,000 original principal balance, less the OID Amount.

Fixed Price Discount. During the Stackdriver Discount Period, Customer will pay the fixed price specified below for the following Stackdriver Logging and Monitoring SKU’s:
