Schedule # Company Disclosure Schedule

“CEGPS Disclosure Schedule” means the disclosure schedule prepared and delivered by CEGPS to Crestwood as of the Execution Date.

[[Organization B:Organization]] Disclosure Schedule. “[[Organization B:Organization]] Disclosure Schedule” shall have the meaning specified in introduction to Article II of the Agreement.

“EnTrust Disclosure Schedule” means the Disclosure Schedule delivered by the EnTrust Contributor, dated as of the date hereof and attached to this Agreement.

“Permal Disclosure Schedule” means the Disclosure Schedule delivered by the Permal Contributor, dated as of the date hereof and attached to this Agreement.

Axsome Representations and Warranties. Axsome hereby represents and warrants to Licensee that, as of the Effective Date and except as disclosed in the disclosure schedule attached hereto as [Schedule 7.3] (the “Disclosure Schedule”):

·“SRSG Disclosure Schedule” means [Schedule A] annexed to this Agreement.

Governmental Approvals. All the Consents of the Governmental Authorities set forth on Section 8.1(b) of the Permal Disclosure Schedule and Section 8.1(b) of the EnTrust Disclosure Schedule shall have been obtained.

Number of Interlok Shares BUTTE DISCLOSURE SCHEDULE

Vesting Schedule. Subject to the special vesting rules set forth in Sections 7, 14 and 15, the Stock Units shall vest in accordance with the Vesting Schedule specified in the Award Agreement to the extent that the Employee is continuously employed by the Company or its Subsidiaries until the Vesting Dates specified in the Vesting Schedule and has not terminated employment on or before such dates. An Employee will not be treated as remaining in continuous employment if the Employee’s employer ceases to be a Subsidiary of the Company.
