Disclosure. Employee shall promptly and fully disclose to the Company, and will hold in trust for the Company’s sole right and benefit, any Invention which Employee, during the period of her employment, makes, conceives, or reduces to practice, or causes to be made, conceived, or reduced to practice, either alone or in conjunction with others, that:
Company Right to Inventions. The Employee shall promptly disclose, grant and assign to the Companies for their sole use and benefit any and all inventions, improvements, technical information and suggestions relating in any way to the products or services of the Companies which the Employee may conceive, develop or acquire during the term of the Employee’s employment (whether or not during usual working hours), together with all patent applications, letters patent, copyrights and reissues thereof that may at any time be granted for or upon any such invention, improvement or technical information.
