You hereby agree to disclose this Agreement to any future employers or potential employers prior to commencing any formal work relationship with such employers or potential employers, and authorize Syros to notify others, including but not limited to customers of Syros and any of your future employers or prospective employers or business associates, of the terms and existence of this Agreement and your continuing obligations to Syros hereunder.

The Employee hereby authorizes the Company to notify others, including but not limited to customers of the Company and any of the Employee’s future employers or prospective business associates, of the terms and existence of this Agreement and the Employee’s continuing obligations to the Company hereunder.

Non-Disclosure of this Agreement. Parties agrees that from and after the date of receipt of this Agreement, the Parties will not, directly or indirectly, provide to any person or entity any information that concerns or relates to the negotiation of or circumstances leading to the execution of this Agreement or to the terms and conditions hereof, except: # to the extent that such disclosure is specifically required by law or legal process or as authorized in writing by the Company; # to the Party’s attorneys or tax advisors as may be necessary for the preparation of tax returns or other reports required by law; # to the Party’s immediate family; or # for purposes of secreting enforcement of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, should that ever be necessary. The Parties agree that prior to disclosing such information, the Parties will inform the recipient(s) that they are bound by the limitations of this section and the confidential nature of this Agreement, and subsequent disclosure of such information by any such recipients shall be deemed to be a disclosure by the Parties in breach of this Agreement.

Confidentiality/Non-Disclosure of This Agreement. Employee will keep confidential and not publicize or disclose the amount of the Severance Pay, COBRA Premium Pay, or the terms of this Agreement in any manner whatsoever except as necessary to effectuate the terms of the Agreement, other than to the following: # his spouse; # his attorneys; # his accountants; # his tax consultants or financial advisors; # his physician(s) or therapist(s) in a confidential physician-patient communication; # an agency of the United States or California government, including, but not limited to, Medicare, Social Security, and/or the Employment Development Department; and # such other representatives or entities required by law and/or court order. With respect to those referred to in subparts [(1) through (5)], Employee agrees that he will inform them that the information is strictly confidential and may not be reviewed, discussed or disclosed, orally or in writing with any other person, organization or entity.
