Save as herein provided all other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED HEREIN, THE SYSTEM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OR GUARANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
