second, to payment of that portion of the Obligations constituting fees, expenses, indemnities and other amounts (other than principal, reimbursement obligations in respect of LC Disbursements, interest and Letter of Credit fees) payable to ​ and the Issuing Banks (including fees and disbursements and other charges of counsel to ​ and the Issuing Banks payable under [Section 8.03]) arising under the Loan Documents, ratably among them in proportion to the respective amounts described in this [clause (ii)] payable to them;

second, to payment of that portion of the Obligations constituting fees, expenses, indemnities and other amounts (other than principal, reimbursement obligations in respect of LC Disbursements, interest and Letter of Credit fees) payable to _Lenders:​ and the Issuing Banks (including fees and disbursements and other charges of counsel to _Lenders:​ and the Issuing Banks payable under [Section 8.03]) arising under the Loan Documents, ratably among them in proportion to the respective amounts described in this [clause (ii)] payable to them;

Second, to payment of that portion of the Obligations constituting fees, expenses, indemnities and other amounts (other than principal, reimbursement obligations in respect of LC Disbursements, interest and Letter of Credit fees)Fees) payable to ​Lenders and the Issuing BanksL/C Issuer (including feesfees, charges and disbursements and other charges of counsel to ​the respective Lenders and the Issuing Banks payable under [Section 8.03])L/C Issuer) arising under the Loan Documents, ratably among them in proportion to the respective amounts described in this [clause (ii)]clause Second payable to them;

second, to payment of that portion of the Obligations constituting fees, expenses, indemnities and other amounts (other than principal, reimbursement obligations in respect of LC Disbursements, interest and Letter of Credit fees) payable to the ​ and the Issuing Banks (including fees and disbursements and other charges of counsel to the ​ and the Issuing Banks payable under [Section 8.03]10.6]) arising under the Loan Documents, ratably among them in proportion to the respective amounts described in this [clause (ii)(b)] payable to them;
