If at any time insufficient funds are received by and available to the Administrative Agent to pay fully all amounts of principal, unreimbursed LC Disbursements, interest and fees then due hereunder, such funds shall be applied # first, towards payment of interest and fees then due hereunder, ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of interest and fees then due to such parties and # second, towards payment of principal and unreimbursed LC Disbursements then due hereunder, ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of principal and unreimbursed LC Disbursements then due to such parties.

If at any time insufficient funds are received by and available to the Administrative Agent to pay fully all amounts of principal, unreimbursed LC Disbursements, interest and fees then due hereunder, such funds shall be applied # first, towards payment of interest and fees then due hereunder, ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of interest and fees then due to such partiesparties, and # second, towards payment of principal and unreimbursed LC Disbursements then due hereunder, ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of principal and unreimbursed LC Disbursements then due to such parties.

If at any time insufficient funds are received by and available to the Administrative Agent to pay fully all amounts of principal, unreimbursed LC Disbursements, interest and fees then due hereunder, such funds shall be applied # first, towards payment of interest and fees then due hereunder, ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of interest and fees then due to such partiesthereto, and # second, towards payment of principal and unreimbursed LC Disbursements then due hereunder, ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of principal and unreimbursed LC Disbursements then due to such parties.

If at any time insufficient funds are received by and available to the Administrative Agent to pay fully all applicable amounts of principal, unreimbursed LC Disbursements, interest and fees then due hereunder, such funds shall be applied # first, towards payment of applicable interest and fees then due hereunder, ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the applicable amounts of interest and fees then due to such partiesparties, and # second, towards payment of applicable principal and unreimbursed LC Disbursements then due hereunder, ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of principal and unreimbursed LC Disbursements then due to such parties.

If at any time insufficient funds are received by and available to the Administrative Agent to pay fully all amounts of principal, unreimbursed LC Disbursements, interest and fees then due hereunder, such funds shall be applied # first, towards payment of interest and feesthe amounts then due hereunder,hereunder ratably among the parties entitled theretothereto, in accordance with the amounts of interest and fees then due to such parties and # second, towards payment of principal and unreimbursed LC Disbursements then due hereunder, ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of principal and unreimbursed LC Disbursements then due to such parties.

At any time that payments are not required to be applied in the manner required by [Section 6.02], if at any time insufficient funds are received by and available to the Administrative Agent to pay fully all amounts of principal, unreimbursed LC Disbursements, interest and fees then due hereunder, such funds shall be applied # first, towards payment of interest and fees then due hereunder, ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of interest and fees then due to such partiesparties, and # second, towards payment of principal and unreimbursed LC Disbursements then due hereunder, ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of principal and unreimbursed LC Disbursements then due to such parties.

If at any time insufficient funds are received by and available to the Applicable Administrative Agent from any Borrower to pay fully all amounts of principal, unreimbursed LC Disbursements, interest and fees then due from such Borrower hereunder, such funds shall be applied # first, towards payment of interest and fees then due from such Borrower hereunder, ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of interest and fees then due to such partiesparties, and # second, towards payment of principal and unreimbursed LC Disbursements then due from such Borrower hereunder, ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of principal and unreimbursed LC Disbursements then due to such parties.

At any time that payments are not required to be applied in the manner required by [Section 6.02], if at any time insufficient funds are received by and available to the Administrative Agent​ to pay fully all amounts of principal, unreimbursed LC Disbursements, interest and fees then due hereunder, such funds shall be applied # first, towards payment of interest and fees then due hereunder, ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of interest and fees then due to such partiesparties, and # second, towards payment of principal and unreimbursed LC Disbursements then due hereunder, ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of principal and unreimbursed LC Disbursements then due to such parties.

If at any time insufficient funds are received by and available to the Administrative Agent to pay fully all amounts of principal, unreimbursed LC Disbursements, interest and fees then due hereunder, such funds shall be applied #as follows: first, towards paymentto all fees and reimbursable expenses of the Administrative Agent then due and payable pursuant to any of the Loan Documents; second, to all reimbursable expenses of the Lenders and all fees and reimbursable expenses of the Issuing Banks then due and payable pursuant to any of the Loan Documents, pro rata to the Lenders and the Issuing Banks based on their respective pro rata shares of such fees and expenses; third, to all interest and fees then due and payable hereunder, ratably amongpro rata to the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amountsLenders based on their respective pro rata shares of such interest and fees then duefees; and fourth, to such parties and # second, towards paymentall principal of principalthe Loans and unreimbursed LC Disbursements then due and payable hereunder, ratably amongpro rata to the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amountsbased on their respective pro rata shares of such principal and unreimbursed LC Disbursements then due to such parties.Disbursements.

Insufficient Funds. If at any time insufficient funds are received by and available to the Administrative Agent to pay fully all amounts of principal, unreimbursed LC Disbursements,L/C Borrowings, interest and fees then due hereunder, such funds shall be applied # first, towardstoward payment of interest and fees then due hereunder, ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of interest and fees then due to such partiesparties, and # second, towardstoward payment of principal and unreimbursed LC DisbursementsL/C Borrowings then due hereunder, ratably among the parties entitled thereto in accordance with the amounts of principal and unreimbursed LC DisbursementsL/C Borrowings then due to such parties.
