second, to payment of that portion of the Obligations constituting fees, expenses, indemnities and other amounts (other than principal, reimbursement obligations in respect of LC Disbursements, interest and Letter of Credit fees) payable to [[Organization B:Organization]] and the Issuing Banks (including fees and disbursements and other charges of counsel to [[Organization B:Organization]] and the Issuing Banks payable under Section 8.03) arising under the Loan Documents, ratably among them in proportion to the respective amounts described in this clause (ii) payable to them;

second, to payment of that portion of the Obligations constituting fees, expenses, indemnities and other amounts (other than principal, reimbursement obligations in respect of LC Disbursements, interest and Letter of Credit fees) payable to ​ and the Issuing Banks (including fees and disbursements and other charges of counsel to ​ and the Issuing Banks payable under [Section 8.03]) arising under the Loan Documents, ratably among them in proportion to the respective amounts described in this clause (ii) payable to them;

second, to payment of that portion of the Obligations constituting fees, expenses, indemnities and other amounts payable to [[Organization B:Organization]] (including fees and disbursements and other charges of counsel to [[Organization B:Organization]] payable under Section 10.6) arising under the Loan Documents, ratably among them in proportion to the respective amounts described in this clause (b) payable to them;

second, to payment of that portion of the Obligations constituting fees, expenses, indemnities and other amounts payable to the [[Organization A:Organization]] (including fees and disbursements and other charges of counsel to the [[Organization A:Organization]] payable under [Section 10.6]) arising under the Loan Documents, ratably among them in proportion to the respective amounts described in this clause (b) payable to them;

second, to payment of that portion of the Obligations constituting fees, expenses, indemnities and other amounts payable to the ​ (including fees and disbursements and other charges of counsel to the ​ payable under [Section 10.6]) arising under the Loan Documents, ratably among them in proportion to the respective amounts described in this clause (b) payable to them;

Second, to payment of that portion of the Obligations constituting fees, indemnities and other amounts (other than principal, interest and Letter of Credit Fees) payable to the [[Loan Parties:Organization]] and the L/C Issuers (including fees, charges and disbursements of counsel to the respective [[Loan Parties:Organization]] and the L/C Issuers (including fees and time charges for attorneys who may be employees of any Lender or any L/C Issuer) and amounts payable under Article III), ratably among them in proportion to the respective amounts described in this clause Second payable to them;

Second, to payment of that portion of the Obligations constituting fees, indemnities and other amounts (other than principal, interest and Letter of Credit Fees) payable to Lenders and L/C Issuer (including fees, charges and disbursements of counsel to the respective Lenders and L/C Issuer) arising under the Loan Documents, ratably among them in proportion to the respective amounts described in this clause Second payable to them;

Second, to payment of that portion of the Obligations constituting fees, indemnities and other amounts (other than principal, interest and Letter of Credit Fees) payable to the ​ and the L/C Issuer (including fees, charges and disbursements of counsel to the respective ​ and the L/C Issuer (including fees and time charges for attorneys who may be employees of any Lender or the L/C Issuer) and amounts payable under Article III), ratably among them in proportion to the respective amounts described in this clause Second payable to them;

Second, to payment of that portion of the Obligations constituting fees, indemnities and other amounts (other than principal, interest and Letter of Credit Fees) payable to the ​ and the L/C Issuers (including fees, charges and disbursements of counsel to the respective ​ and the applicable L/C Issuer payable under Section 10.04(a) and amounts payable under Article III), ratably among them in proportion to the respective amounts described in this clause Second payable to them;

Second, to payment of that portion of the Obligations constituting fees, indemnities and other amounts (other than principal and interest) payable to [[Organization B:Organization]] under the Loan Documents, including attorney fees, ratably among [[Organization B:Organization]] in proportion to the respective amounts described in this clause Second payable to them;
