Rights of Directors. Nothing contained in the Plan shall confer upon any Participant any right to continue in the service of the Company as a Director.
Nothing contained in the Plan shall confer upon any Participant any right with respect to the continuation of the Participant’s status as a director of the Company.
Section # No Right to Continued Service as a Director. Nothing in this Agreement or in the Plan shall confer upon Participant any right to continue to provide services to the Company as a Director.
Nothing in the Plan shall confer upon any Participant the right to continue to serve as a Director of the Company or to serve in the capacity in which the Participant is employed by the Company. Nothing in the Plan shall be interpreted as creating a right of a Participant to receive any compensation or benefit from the Company. A Participant shall have no rights as a shareholder of the Company with respect to any Shares until the Shares are issued or transferred to the Participant on the books of the Company.
Nothing contained in the Plan will confer upon any director any right to continue to serve as a member of the Board. The Plan shall not interfere with or limit in any way the right of the Company to remove an Eligible Director from the Board.
Section # No Rights as Director. Neither the Plan nor any Awards granted hereunder shall confer upon any Participant any right to be elected to or to remain as a member of the Board.
