“Banking Services” means each and any of the following bank services provided to the Borrower by any Lender or any of its Affiliates: # credit cards for commercial customers (including commercial credit cards and purchasing cards), # stored value cards, # merchant processing services and # treasury management services (including controlled disbursement, automated clearinghouse transactions, return items, any direct debit scheme or arrangement, overdrafts and interstate depository network services).

“Banking Services” means each and any of the following bank services provided to the Borrower or any Subsidiary by anythe Lender or any of its Affiliates: # credit cards for commercial customers (including commercial(including, without limitation, “commercial credit cardscards” and purchasing cards), # stored value cards, # merchant processing servicesservices, and # treasury management services (including(including, without limitation, controlled disbursement, automated clearinghouse transactions, return items, any direct debit scheme or arrangement, overdrafts and interstate depository network services).

“Banking Services” means each and any of the following bank services provided to the Borrowerany Loan Party by any Lender or any of its Affiliates: # credit cards for commercial customers (including commercial(including, without limitation, “commercial credit cardscards” and purchasing cards), # stored value cards, # merchant processing servicesservices, and # treasury management services (including(including, without limitation, controlled disbursement, automated clearinghouse transactions, return items, any direct debit scheme or arrangement, overdrafts and interstate depository network services).

““Banking Services” meansServices” shall mean each and any of the following bank services provided to the Borrower or any Subsidiary by any Lender and/or any of its Affiliates:their Affiliates and/or any Person that at the time of entering into any agreement in respect of such bank services was a Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender: # credit cards for commercial customers (including commercial credit cards and purchasing cards), # stored value cards, # merchant processing services and # treasury management services (including controlled disbursement, automated clearinghouse transactions, return items, any direct debit scheme or arrangement, overdrafts and interstate depository network services).

““Banking Services”Services” means each and any of the following bank services provided to the Borrower[[Foreign Subsidiary Borrower:Organization]] by any Lender or any of its Affiliates: # credit cards for commercial customers (including(including, without limitation, commercial credit cards and purchasing cards), # stored value cards, # merchant processing services and # treasury management services (including(including, without limitation, controlled disbursement, automated clearinghouse transactions, return items, any direct debit scheme or arrangement, overdrafts and interstate depository network services).

““Banking Services”Services” means each and any of the following bank services provided to the Borrowerany Loan Party by any Lender that is a Lender on the Effective Date or at the time it enters into any such banking services or any of its Affiliates: # credit cards for commercial customers (including commercial(including, without limitation, “commercial credit cardscards” and purchasing cards), # stored value cards, # merchant processing servicesservices, and # treasury management services (including(including, without limitation, controlled disbursement, automated clearinghouse transactions, return items, any direct debit scheme or arrangement, overdrafts andoverdrafts, interstate depository network services, and cash pooling services).

““Banking Services”Services” means each and any of the following bank services provided to the Borrower[[Foreign Subsidiary Borrower:Organization]] by any Lender or any of its Affiliates: # credit cards for commercial customers (including(including, without limitation, commercial credit cards and purchasing cards), # stored value cards, # merchant processing services and # treasury management services (including(including, without limitation, controlled disbursement, automated clearinghouse transactions, return items, any direct debit scheme or arrangement, overdrafts and interstate depository network services).

““Banking Services”Services” means each and any of the following bankbank, payment and treasury services provided to the Borrower by any LenderLoan Party or any of its Affiliates:Subsidiary: # credit cards for commercial customers (including commercial(including, without limitation, “commercial credit cardscards” and purchasing cards), or for corporate purposes, # stored value cards, # merchant processing services and # treasury management services (including(including, without limitation, controlled disbursement, automated clearinghouse transactions,transactions and other payment processing services, return items, any direct debit scheme or arrangement, overdrafts and interstate depository network services)., # documentary services and foreign currency exchange services, # supply chain finance and payables finance and # any arrangement or services similar to, or for the purpose of effectuating, any of the foregoing.

““Banking Services”Services” means each and any of the following bank services provided to the Borrower by any Lender or any of its Affiliates: # credit cards for commercial customers (includingservices: commercial credit cards and purchasing cards), #cards, stored value cards, # merchant processing services and #purchasing cards, treasury management services, netting services, overdraft protections, check drawing services, automated payment services (including depository, overdraft, controlled disbursement, automated clearinghouseACH transactions, return items, any direct debit scheme or arrangement, overdraftsitems and interstate depository network services)., employee credit card programs, cash pooling services, operational foreign exchange management, current account facilities and any arrangements or services similar to any of the foregoing or otherwise in connection with Cash management and Deposit Accounts.

“Banking Services”“Bank Products” means each and any of the following bank products and services provided to the Borrowerany Loan Party or any of their Restricted Subsidiaries by any Lender or any of its Affiliates: # credit cards for commercial customers (including commercial(including, without limitation, “commercial credit cardscards” and purchasing cards), # stored value cards, # merchant processing services and # depository, cash management, and treasury management services (including(including, without limitation, controlled disbursement, automated clearinghouse transactions, return items, any direct debit scheme or arrangement, overdrafts and interstate depository network services).
