Annual Budget Plan. As soon as available, but in any event within sixty (60) days of the end of each fiscal year, a copy of the detailed annual operating budget and cash flows or plan of the Company for the then fiscal year on a quarterly basis, in form and detail reasonably acceptable to the Agent and the Required Lenders, together with a summary of the material assumptions made in the preparation of such annual budget or plan;

As soon as available, at least annually, but no later than sixty (60) days after each fiscal year end of Borrower and within thirty (30) days of any board-approved updates or amendments thereto, # annual operating budgets (including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements, by month) for such fiscal year of Borrower, and # annual financial projections for such fiscal year (on a quarterly basis) as approved by Borrower’s board of directors, together with any related business forecasts used in the preparation of such annual financial projections;
