Due Diligence Materials To Be Delivered. To the extent such items presently exist and are in [[Seller:Organization]]’s possession and have not been previously delivered to [[Purchaser:Organization]] or [[Purchaser:Organization]]’s agents, [[Seller:Organization]] shall deliver to [[Purchaser:Organization]] the following (the “Property Information”) on or before the Property Information Delivery Date:

Due Diligence Materials To Be Made Available. To the extent such items are in [[Seller:Organization]]’s possession or control, [[Seller:Organization]] shall make available to [[Purchaser:Organization]] for [[Purchaser:Organization]]’s review via electronic drop box or similar file sharing application the following items and information (the “Additional Property Information”) on or before the Property Information Delivery Date; provided, however, that if any of said documents or materials are not currently in electronic form or cannot be shared electronically, then [[Seller:Organization]], at its option, shall make such Additional Property Information available to [[Purchaser:Organization]] at either the offices of [[Seller:Organization]]’s property manager or at the Property, and [[Purchaser:Organization]] at its expense shall have the right to make copies of same:
