AML/KYC Diligence. Each Borrower shall have provided, in form and substance satisfactory to Agent and each Lender, all documentation and other information as Agent or any Lender requests in connection with applicable "know your customer" and anti-money-laundering rules and regulations, including the U.S. PATRIOT Act and Beneficial Ownership Regulation. If any Borrower qualifies as a "legal entity customer" under the Beneficial Ownership Regulation, it shall have provided a Beneficial Ownership Certification to Agent and Lenders in relation to such Borrower.

Anti-Money-Laundering; Beneficial Ownership. Upon the reasonable request of any Lender, the Borrower shall have provided, in formprovided to such Lender, and substance satisfactory to Agent and each Lender, allsuch Lender shall be reasonably satisfied with, the documentation and other information as Agent or any Lender requestsso requested in connection with applicable "know“know your customer"customer” and anti-money-laundering rules and regulations, includingincluding, without limitation, the U.S. PATRIOT ActPatriot Act, and Beneficial Ownership Regulation. If any BorrowerLoan Party that qualifies as a "legal“legal entity customer"customer” under the Beneficial Ownership Regulation, itRegulation shall have provideddelivered to each Lender that so requests, a Beneficial Ownership Certification to Agent and Lenders in relation to such Borrower.Loan Party.

Each Borrower shall have provided, in form and substance satisfactory to Agent and each Lender shall have received, to the extent requested by such Agent or such Lender, of # all documentation and other information as Agent or any Lender requests in connection withis required by bank regulatory authorities under applicable "know“know your customer"customer” and anti-money-laundering rules and regulations,Anti-Money Laundering Laws, including the U.S. PATRIOT Act and the Canadian AML Acts, and # a Beneficial Ownership Regulation. If anyCertification with respect to each Borrower, to the extent such Borrower qualifies as a "legal“legal entity customer"customer” under the Beneficial Ownership Regulation, it shall have provided a Beneficial Ownership Certification to Agent and Lenders in relation to such Borrower.Regulation.
