Diligence Milestones. The time period associated with the first milestone set forth in the table in [Section 3.2] (“Initial of GLP Toxicity Studies”) shall be amended and restated to read as set forth below:

Milestones. Sunesis shall notify Millennium within ten (10) business days after the first achievement by a PDK Product of each of the following milestone events, and shall pay to Millennium the following amounts within thirty (30) days following the first achievement of each such event by Sunesis or its Affiliates or Sublicensees:

The milestone payments for each Option Product will be agreed by the Parties and set forth in the applicable Option Exercise Agreement.
