Development Milestone Payments. In partial consideration for the rights and licenses granted to Coya hereunder, within ten days after the first achievement of each milestone event in a given Indication set forth in this Section 5.2 (Development Milestone Payments) with respect to a Product (each, a “Development Milestone Event”) by or on behalf of Coya or any of its Affiliates or Sublicensees, Coya shall provide ARScience Bio written notice to ARScience Bio identifying the Development Milestone Event achieved. Upon receipt of any such notice of first achievement of a Development Milestone Event by Coya or its Affiliates or Sublicensees, ARScience Bio will promptly invoice Coya for the applicable Development Milestone Event and Coya will make a milestone payment to ARScience Bio in the amount set forth in this Section 5.2 (Development Milestone Payments) corresponding to such Development Milestone Event (each, a “Development Milestone Payment”) within 45 days of receipt of such invoice. On an Indication-by-Indication basis, each Development Milestone Payment shall be payable only upon the first achievement of the corresponding Development Milestone Event by a Product, in any given Indication for which the Development Milestone Events have not been previously achieved (each such Indication, a “New Indication”). No amounts shall be due for subsequent or repeated achievements of such Development Milestone Event with respect to the same or different Mono Product or Combination Product, as applicable, in such Indication. Accordingly and for clarity, the Development Milestone Payment shall be paid only once, when first achieved by Coya, an Affiliate or a Sublicensee, but no payment shall be due if the same milestone is subsequently achieved by one of Coya, an Affiliate or a Sublicensee.

Development Milestone Payments. [[3D Medicines:Organization]] shall pay to [[Aravive:Organization]] the one-time, non-refundable, non-creditable payments set forth in the table below within ​ of the first achievement by a Licensed Product of the applicable milestone event, whether by or on behalf of [[3D Medicines:Organization]], its Affiliate, or their Sublicensees.

In partial consideration of the licenses and rights granted to Pint, within ​ after achievement of each Milestone set forth below, Pint shall pay to Puma the corresponding non-creditable and non-refundable development milestone payment:

Development Milestone Payments. Acadia shall provide Stoke with written notice of the achievement of each Development Milestone Event within ​ thereafter (with the except of ​). Following receipt of such notification, Stoke shall invoice Acadia for the amount of the applicable Development Milestone Payment, and Acadia shall make the corresponding Development Milestone Payment within ​ after receipt of such invoice.

Development Milestone Payments. With respect to # the Collaboration Target, and # each Kinase Target to which an Other Biogen Idec Product is directed (a “Milestone Target”), Biogen Idec shall pay to Sunesis on a Target-by-Target basis the following amounts within thirty (30) days following the first achievement by Biogen Idec, its Affiliates or Sublicensees, as the case may be, of each of the following milestones with respect to # the Collaboration Compound, or # a Product or Other Biogen Idec Product (excluding for purposes hereof any Non-Kinase Other Biogen Idec Product) incorporating the Collaboration Compound (a “Milestone Compound”):

Development Milestone Payments. Apollomics shall pay to [[GlycoMimetics:Organization]] the one-time, non-refundable, non-creditable payments set forth in the table below within thirty (30) days of the first achievement by a Licensed Product of the applicable milestone event, whether by or on behalf of Apollomics, its Affiliate, or their respective sublicensees. For purposes of clarity, each milestone payment shall be payable only one time for a specific Licensed Compound in a Licensed Product for each Indication (i.e., a milestone payment shall be payable only one time, if only the formulation changes but the Indication is the same). For purposes of this Section 8.2, different formulations of the same Licensed Compound will be considered the same License Product.

Development Milestone Payments. In further consideration for the exclusive rights and licenses granted by Licensor to Licensee hereunder for the China Territory, Licensee shall pay to Licensor the milestone payment set out below following the first achievement by Licensee, and/or any of its Affiliates or Sublicensees with respect to the China Territory, of the corresponding milestone event set out below with respect to the Product, in accordance with this [Article 6.9.2] and the payment provisions in Article 7:

Development Milestone Payments. Subject to the remainder of this Section 8.4, Sana shall pay to Beam the milestone payments set forth in the “Milestone Payment A” column of the table below (each, a “Development Milestone Event”) upon the achievement of such Development Milestone Event by a Licensed Product being Developed or Commercialized by or on behalf of Sana or any of its Affiliates or Sublicensees, provided, however, that that in the event that ​, Sana shall, in lieu of the amount set forth in the “Milestone Payment A” column in the table below, instead pay to Beam the applicable milestone payment set forth in the “Milestone Payment B” column of the table below.

Development Milestone Payments. [[Savara:Organization]] shall notify [[Grifols:Organization]] within thirty (30) days of the achievement of the following milestone events (each a “Milestone Event”) and shall make each of the following milestone payments (each, a “Milestone Payment”) to [[Grifols:Organization]] upon the achievement of each Milestone Event in connection with the Development of a Licensed Product for the Initial Indication. [[Savara:Organization]] shall pay to [[Grifols:Organization]] each such amount within sixty (60) days after [[Savara:Organization]] receives a properly documented invoice from [[Grifols:Organization]] in connection with the achievement of the applicable Milestone Event. For clarity, each of the following Milestone Payments are one-time only payments and each Milestone Payment shall be made once upon the first occurrence of the applicable Milestone Event, regardless of the number of Licensed Products that achieve such Milestone Event.
