Development Milestone Payment. During the Term, upon the achievement by or on behalf of a Party or its Affiliates or Sublicensees of any milestone event set forth below in Table 6.1(b) (Development Milestone Payments) (each, a “Development Milestone Event”) for the Licensed Product, the achieving Party will notify the other Party promptly after the occurrence thereof, and Lian will pay Lyra a non-refundable, non-creditable, and not subject to set-off, milestone payment set forth in the table below (each, a “Development Milestone Payment”) no later than ​ days after its achievement of such milestone event. Each of the milestone payments set forth below in Table 6.1(b) (Development Milestone Payment) is payable ​.

Payment for Development Milestone Achievement. Within ​ following the achievement of a particular Development Milestone event with respect to the first Product to achieve such Development Milestone, BMS shall pay, or cause to be paid, to Nektar the corresponding payment for the applicable Development Milestone achieved as set forth below (each a “Development Milestone Payment”), each such payment being non-refundable and non-creditable.

Development Milestone Payments. [[3D Medicines:Organization]] shall pay to [[Aravive:Organization]] the one-time, non-refundable, non-creditable payments set forth in the table below within ​ of the first achievement by a Licensed Product of the applicable milestone event, whether by or on behalf of [[3D Medicines:Organization]], its Affiliate, or their Sublicensees.

Development Milestone Payments. Acadia shall provide Stoke with written notice of the achievement of each Development Milestone Event within ​ thereafter (with the except of ​). Following receipt of such notification, Stoke shall invoice Acadia for the amount of the applicable Development Milestone Payment, and Acadia shall make the corresponding Development Milestone Payment within ​ after receipt of such invoice.

Development Milestone Payments. AstraZeneca shall make milestone payments to FibroGen Cayman based on achievement by AstraZeneca or a Sublicensee (or, if

Development Milestone Payments. In further consideration for the exclusive rights and licenses granted by Licensor to Licensee hereunder for the China Territory, Licensee shall pay to Licensor the milestone payment set out below following the first achievement by Licensee, and/or any of its Affiliates or Sublicensees with respect to the China Territory, of the corresponding milestone event set out below with respect to the Product, in accordance with this [Article 6.9.2] and the payment provisions in Article 7:

Development Milestone Payments. Subject to the remainder of this Section 8.4, Sana shall pay to Beam the milestone payments set forth in the “Milestone Payment A” column of the table below (each, a “Development Milestone Event”) upon the achievement of such Development Milestone Event by a Licensed Product being Developed or Commercialized by or on behalf of Sana or any of its Affiliates or Sublicensees, provided, however, that that in the event that ​, Sana shall, in lieu of the amount set forth in the “Milestone Payment A” column in the table below, instead pay to Beam the applicable milestone payment set forth in the “Milestone Payment B” column of the table below.

Development Milestone Payments. In partial consideration for the rights and licenses granted to Coya hereunder, within ten days after the first achievement of each milestone event in a given Indication set forth in this Section 5.2 (Development Milestone Payments) with respect to a Product (each, a “Development Milestone Event”) by or on behalf of Coya or any of its Affiliates or Sublicensees, Coya shall provide ARScience Bio written notice to ARScience Bio identifying the Development Milestone Event achieved. Upon receipt of any such notice of first achievement of a Development Milestone Event by Coya or its Affiliates or Sublicensees, ARScience Bio will promptly invoice Coya for the applicable Development Milestone Event and Coya will make a milestone payment to ARScience Bio in the amount set forth in this Section 5.2 (Development Milestone Payments) corresponding to such Development Milestone Event (each, a “Development Milestone Payment”) within 45 days of receipt of such invoice. On an Indication-by-Indication basis, each Development Milestone Payment shall be payable only upon the first achievement of the corresponding Development Milestone Event by a Product, in any given Indication for which the Development Milestone Events have not been previously achieved (each such Indication, a “New Indication”). No amounts shall be due for subsequent or repeated achievements of such Development Milestone Event with respect to the same or different Mono Product or Combination Product, as applicable, in such Indication. Accordingly and for clarity, the Development Milestone Payment shall be paid only once, when first achieved by Coya, an Affiliate or a Sublicensee, but no payment shall be due if the same milestone is subsequently achieved by one of Coya, an Affiliate or a Sublicensee.

In partial consideration of the licenses and rights granted to Pint, within ​ after achievement of each Milestone set forth below, Pint shall pay to Puma the corresponding non-creditable and non-refundable development milestone payment:
