“Weighted Average Yield Test” means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal # to the product of # the aggregate sum, with respect to each Eligible Investment included in the Borrowing Base (excluding Cash and Cash Equivalents), of the per annum rate of current cash interest for such Eligible Investments, times # the Value of such Eligible Investment as of such date, divided by # the aggregate of the Values of all such Eligible Investments, rounded up to the nearest 0.01.
