Additional Rent. Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, any additional rent or other sum owed by Tenant to Landlord hereunder, and any cost, expense, damage or liability incurred by Landlord for which Tenant is liable hereunder, shall be considered additional rent payable pursuant to this Lease to be paid by Tenant no later than thirty (30) days after the date Landlord notifies Tenant of the amount thereof.

Additional Rent. ExceptAll monies other than Base Rent required to be paid by Tenant hereunder, including, but not limited to, Tenant’s Proportionate Share of Operating Expenses, as otherwise providedspecified in Paragraph 7 of this Lease, any additional rent or other sum owedcharges to be paid by Tenant to Landlord hereunder,under Paragraph 15, the interest and late charge described in Paragraphs 26.4 and 26.5, and any cost, expense, damage or liability incurredmonies spent by Landlord for which Tenant is liable hereunder,pursuant to Paragraph 30, shall be considered additional rent payable pursuant to this Lease to(“Additional Rent”). Except as otherwise provided herein, all items of Additional Rent shall be paid by Tenant no later than thirty (30)within 30 days after the date Landlord notifies Tenant of the amount thereof.Landlord’s request for payment. “Rent” shall mean Base Rent and Additional Rent.
