Section # Beneficiary Designation. Each Grantee may file with the Company a written designation of a beneficiary who is to receive any benefit under this Plan to which the Grantee is entitled in the event of such Grantee’s death before Grantee receives any or all of such benefit. Each designation will revoke all prior designations by the same Grantee, shall be in a form prescribed by the Company, and will be effective only when filed by the Grantee in writing with the Company during the Grantee’s lifetime. If a married Grantee designates a beneficiary other than the Grantee’s spouse, the effectiveness of such designation shall be subject to the consent of the Grantee’s spouse. If a Grantee dies without an effective designation of a beneficiary who is living at the time of the Grantee’s death, the Company will pay any remaining unpaid benefits to the Grantee’s legal representative.
