"Designated Account" means the Deposit Account of Borrower identified on [Schedule D]-1 to the Agreement (or such other Deposit Account of Borrower located at Designated Account Bank that has been designated as such, in writing, by Borrower to Agent).

“Designated Account” means the Deposit Account of Borrower Agent identified on [Schedule D]-1.

“Designated Account” means the Deposit Account of Administrative Borrower identified on [Schedule D]-1 to the Agreement (or such other Deposit Account of Administrative Borrower located at Designated Account Bank that has been designated as such, in writing, by Borrowers to Agent).

“Designated Account” means the Deposit Account of Administrative Borrower identified on [Schedule D]-1 to this Agreement (or such other Deposit Account of Administrative Borrower located at Designated Account Bank that has been designated as such, in writing, by Borrowers to Agent).

"Designated Account Bank" has the meaning specified therefor in [Schedule D]-1 to the Agreement (or such other bank that is located within the United States that has been designated as such, in writing, by Borrower to Agent).

“Designated Account” means account number ​ of ​ maintained with Bank of America, or such other deposit account of Borrower (located within the United States) designated, in writing, from time to time, by Borrower to Agent.
