customary rights of set-off, revocation, refund or chargeback under deposit agreements or under the Uniform Commercial Code or common law of banks or other financial institutions where the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries maintains deposits (other than deposits intended as cash collateral) in the ordinary course of business;

customary rights of set off, revocation, refund or chargeback or similar rights under deposit disbursement, concentration account agreements or under the Uniform Commercial Code (or comparable foreign law) or arising by operation of law of banks or other financial institutions where the Company or any of the Subsidiaries maintains deposit, disbursement or concentration accounts in the ordinary course of business;

customary rights of set off, bankers' liens, refunds or charge backs, under deposit agreements, the Uniform Commercial Code or common law, of banks or other financial institutions where any Borrower or any of such Borrower's Subsidiaries maintains deposits (other than deposits intended as cash collateral) in the ordinary course of business;
