Liens # on earnest money deposits made in cash by a Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries in connection with any letter of intent or purchase agreement in connection with a Permitted Acquisition or other Investment permitted under this Agreement or # on amounts deposited as "security deposits" (or their equivalent) in the ordinary course of business in connection with actions or transactions not prohibited by this Agreement;

Liens # on earnest money deposits of cash or Cash Equivalents or cash advances made in connection with any Permitted Acquisition or other permitted Investments or in respect of any anticipated Permitted Acquisition or other permitted Investment or # consisting of an agreement to dispose of any property in a disposition permitted under [Section 7.2];

Liens on any cash earnest money deposits made by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries in connection with any letter of intent or purchase agreement with respect to a Permitted Acquisition;

Liens solely on any cash earnest money deposits made by any Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries in connection with any letter of intent or purchase agreement with respect to a Permitted Acquisition,

Liens solely on cash earnest money deposits made by the Borrower or any Subsidiary in connection with any letter of intent or purchase agreement relating to an Investment permitted under [Section 9.2];

Liens solely on any cash earnest money deposits made by Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries in connection with any letter of intent or purchase agreement with respect to a Permitted Acquisition;

Liens solely on any cash earnest money deposits made by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary in connection with any letter of intent or purchase agreement in respect of any Investment by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary permitted hereunder;

Liens solely on any cash earnest money deposits, escrow arrangements or similar arrangements made by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary in connection with any letter of intent or purchase agreement for a Permitted Acquisition or other transaction permitted hereunder;

Liens solely on cash earnest money deposits made by the Borrower or any Subsidiary in connection with any letter of intent or purchase agreement relating to an Investment permitted under Section 9.2;
