subject to Section 14.05, all cash Security Deposits, if any, actually held by [[Organization A:Organization]] at Closing, by payment of the amount thereof to [[Organization B:Organization]] or by a credit to [[Organization B:Organization]] against the Purchase Price. A list of the Security Deposits held by [[Organization A:Organization]] on the date hereof, if any, is attached as Exhibit K to this Agreement;

Attached hereto as Exhibit K is a list of the Security Deposits currently held by [[Organization A:Organization]] under the Leases in effect as of the date hereof, if any. Notwithstanding the foregoing, [[Organization A:Organization]] does not warrant that any Security Deposit will not be applied, in whole or in part, by [[Organization A:Organization]] prior to the Closing in accordance with Section 14.05.
