pledges or deposits in the ordinary course of business in connection with workers’ compensation, unemployment insurance and other social security legislation (other than any Lien imposed by ERISA), and deposits securing liability to insurance carriers under insurance or self-insurance arrangements;

pledges or deposits in connection with workers’ compensation, unemployment insurance and other social security legislation;

deposits or pledges to secure obligations under worker’s compensation, social security or similar laws, or under unemployment insurance;

pledges or deposits in connection with workmen’s compensation, unemployment insurance and other social security legislation;

deposits or pledges made in connection with, or to secure payment of, workers’ compensation, unemployment insurance, old age pensions or other social security obligations;

pledges or deposits to secure obligations under workmen’s compensation, employment and unemployment insurance and other social security legislation or similar legislation or to secure performance in connection with bids, tenders and contracts (other than contracts for the payment of borrowed money) to which any Borrower or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries is a party;

pledges and deposits made in the ordinary course of business in compliance with workers’ compensation, unemployment insurance and other social security laws or regulations;

pledges and deposits made in the ordinary course of business in compliance with workers' compensation, unemployment insurance and other social security laws or regulations;

pledges or deposits in the ordinary course of business in connection with workers’ compensation, unemployment insurance and other social security legislation, other than any Lien imposed by ERISA;
