Waiver. Maker, for itself and its legal representatives, successors, and assigns, expressly waives demand, notice of nonpayment, presentment for demand, presentment for the purpose of accelerating maturity, dishonor, notice of dishonor, protest, notice of protest, notice of maturity, and diligence in collection.

Waiver of Presentment, Notice of Dishonor, and Protest. Subject to the notice and cure, and grace period provisions of this Promissory Note, the Maker waives demand and presentment for payment, notice of protest, and protest of this Promissory Note.

The Borrower hereby waives demand, presentment, protest or notice of any kind hereunder.

Waiver. [[Organization A:Organization]] hereby waives demand, notice, presentment, protest and notice of dishonor.

All parties now or hereafter liable with respect to this Note, whether any Payor, any guarantor, endorser or any other person or entity, hereby expressly waive presentation, demand of payment, protest, notice of demand of payment, protest and notice of non-payment, or any other notice of any kind with respect hereto.

The Borrower, for itself, its successors and assigns, hereby waives, to the maximum extent permitted by law, diligence, presentment, protest and demand and notice of protest, demand, dishonor and non-payment of this Note; provided that this paragraph shall not affect the notice obligations of the Agent or any Lender as expressly set forth in the Agreement.

All payments of principal and interest on this Note shall be paid in the legal currency of the United States. The Borrower waives presentment for payment, protest, and notice of protest and demand of this Note.

The making of demand, or absence of demand, for performance of the Obligations, or giving, or failing to give, any notice of dishonor or protest, or any other notice.

The Company hereby expressly waives demand and presentment for pay- ment, notice of non-payment, protest, notice of protest, notice of dishonor, notice of acceleration or intent to accelerate, and diligence in taking any action to collect amounts called for hereunder and shall be directly and primarily liable for the payment of all sums owing and to be owing hereto.

Waiver of Presentment, Etc. The Company hereby expressly waives presentment for payment, demand, notice of dishonor, protest and notice of protest. Acceptance by Holder of any payment that is less than the full amount then due and owing hereunder shall not constitute a waiver of Holder’s right to receive payment in full at such time or at any prior or subsequent time.
