Waiver. [[Organization A:Organization]] hereby waives demand, notice, presentment, protest and notice of dishonor.

[[Organization A:Organization]] hereby waives presentment for payment, demand, notice of nonpayment or dishonor, protest and notice of protest.

The [[Organization E:Organization]] hereby waives presentment, demand, protest and notice of dishonor and agrees that no obligation hereunder shall be discharged by any extension, indulgence or release given to the [[Organization E:Organization]] or any other person. No delay by the [[Organization D:Organization]] in exercising any power or right hereunder shall operate as a waiver of any power or right; nor shall any single or partial exercise of any power or right preclude any further exercise thereof, or the exercise of any other power or right hereunder or otherwise; and no waiver whatsoever or modification of the terms hereof shall be valid unless in a writing signed by the [[Organization D:Organization]] and then only to the extent set forth therein.

The [[Organization A:Organization]] hereby waives presentment, demand, protest and notice of any kind. No failure to exercise, and no delay in exercising, any rights hereunder on the part of the holder hereof shall operate as a waiver of such rights.
