Delivery of Documents. The [[Collateral Agent:Organization]] shall have received on or before the Amendment No. 5 Effective Date the following, each in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the [[Collateral Agent:Organization]] and, unless indicated otherwise, dated the Amendment No. 5 Effective Date:

the [[Administrative Agent:Organization]] shall have received # each Collateral Document required to be delivered on the Effective Date pursuant to [Section 4.1(a)(iv)], pursuant to Section 8.11, Section 8.12 or Section 8.13 at such time and pursuant to Section 4 of the First Amendment required to be delivered on the SecondFirst Amendment Effective Date, duly executed by each Loan Party thereto, or # a ratification of each Collateral Document delivered on or prior to the Effective Date or, the Second Amendment Effective Date or the Third Amendment Effective Date (to the extent such Collateral Document shall remain in effect as of the Effective Date or, the Second Amendment Effective Date or the Third Amendment Effective Date, as applicable);
