Delivery of Documents. The Collateral Agent shall have received on or before the Effective Date the following, each in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent and, unless indicated otherwise, dated the Effective Date and, if applicable, duly executed by the Persons party thereto:

on the Effective Date the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent shall have received each Collateral Document to the extent required to be delivered on the Effective Date pursuant to [Section 4.02(d)], subject to the limitations and exceptions of this Agreement, duly executed by each Loan Party that is a party thereto;
