Revaluation Dates. The Lender shall determine the Dollar Equivalent amounts of Borrowings and Loans denominated in Alternative Currencies. Such Dollar Equivalent shall become effective as of such Revaluation Date and shall be the Dollar Equivalent of such amounts until the next Revaluation Date to occur.

The Administrative Agent or the Issuing Bank, as applicable, shall determine the Dollar Equivalent amounts of any Loans, Borrowings, Letters of Credit and LC Disbursements denominated in Alternative Currencies. Such Dollar Equivalent shall become effective as of such Revaluation Date and shall be the Dollar Equivalent of such amounts until the next Revaluation Date to occur. Except for purposes of financial statements delivered by Loan Parties hereunder or calculating financial covenants hereunder or except as otherwise provided herein, the applicable amount of any currency (other than Dollars) for purposes of the Loan Documents shall be such Dollar Equivalent amount as so determined by the Administrative Agent or the Issuing Bank, as applicable.

Revaluation Date” means, with respect to any Loan, each of the following: # each date of a Borrowing of an Alternative Currency Loan, # with respect to an Alternative Currency Daily Rate Loan, each Interest Payment Date, # each date of a continuation of an Alternative Currency Term Rate Loan pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, and # such additional dates as the Lender shall require.
