Delisting. Shares of Borrower’s common stock are delisted from the Nasdaq stock exchange because of Borrower’s failure to comply with continued listing standards thereof or due to a voluntary delisting which results in such shares not being listed on such exchange or market.

Delisting. An event resulting in the Borrower’s Common Stock no longer being quoted on the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board (the “OTCBB”); failure to comply with the requirements for continued quotation on the OTCBB for a period of five (5) consecutive trading days; or notification from the OTCBB that the Borrower is not in compliance with the conditions for such continued quotation and such non-compliance continues for five (5) days following such notification. If the Borrower’s Common Stock is quoted by OTC Markets, Inc. f/k/a “Pink Sheets,” then any event or failure of the Borrower’s Common Stock to be listed as “Pink Current Information” for trading or quotation for five (5) or more consecutive days.

Delisting. Borrower’s common stock is delisted from the NASDAQ stock exchange because of Borrower’s failure to comply with continued listing standards thereof.

Delisting. The shares of common stock of Borrower are delisted from the NASDAQ Capital Market or New York Stock Exchange (or any other nationally recognized stock exchange in the United States having listing standards at least as restrictive as the NASDAQ Capital Market or New York Stock Exchange) because of failure to comply with continued listing standards thereof or due to a voluntary delisting which results in such shares not being listed on the NASDAQ Capital Market, New York Stock Exchange or any other nationally recognized stock exchange in the United States having listing standards at least as restrictive as the NASDAQ Capital Market or New York Stock Exchange.

the delisting of the Common Stock from the Principal Market, and the Common Stock is not immediately thereafter trading on the New York Stock Exchange, the NYSE American, the Nasdaq Global Select Market, the Nasdaq Global Market, or the Nasdaq Capital Market;

Delisting, Suspension, or Quotation of Trading of Common Stock. If, at any time on or after the Issue Date, the Borrower’s Common Stock # is suspended from trading, # halted from trading, and/or # fails to be quoted or listed (as applicable) on a Principal Market.

Nationalization, Insolvency or Delisting: Cancellation and Payment (Calculation Agent Determination); provided that, in addition to the provisions of [Section 12.6(a)(iii)] of the Equity Definitions, it will also constitute a Delisting if the Exchange is located in the United States and the Shares are not immediately re-listed, re-traded or re-quoted on any of the New York Stock Exchange, The NASDAQ Global Select Market or The NASDAQ Global Market (or their respective successors); if the Shares are immediately re-listed, re-traded or re-quoted on any of the New York Stock Exchange, The NASDAQ Global Select Market or The NASDAQ Global Market (or their respective successors), such exchange or quotation system shall thereafter be deemed to be the Exchange.

No Suspension of Trading in or Delisting of Common Shares; Other Events. The trading of the Common Shares (including without limitation the Shares) shall not have been suspended by the Commission, the Principal Market or FINRA and the Common Shares (including without limitation the Shares) shall have been approved

Listing. The Company is not in violation of the listing requirements of the OTC:PINK Marketplace (the “OTC:PINK”) on which it trades, does not reasonably anticipate that the Common Stock will be delisted by the OTC:PINK for the foreseeable future, and has not received any notice regarding the possible delisting of the Common Stock from the OTC:PINK.

Suspension or delisting: If the listing of the company's shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange is suspended for more than 30 consecutive trading days of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (except for suspension pending the announcement or circular of the company), or the listing status of the company's shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange is withdrawn or withdrawn.
