Delegation of Authority for Day‑to‑Day Administration. Except to the extent prohibited by Applicable Laws, the Administrator may delegate to one or more individuals the day-to-day administration of the Plan and any of the functions assigned to it in this Plan. Such delegation may be revoked at any time.

Next Trading Day. Whenever any payment or other obligation hereunder shall be due on a day other than a Trading Day, such payment shall be made on the next succeeding Trading Day.

Last Day of Employment. Employee's last day of employment with Employer is ​. Computation; 360-Day Year. In computing interest for the Term Loan, the Funding Date shall be included and the date of payment shall be excluded; provided, however, that if any portion of the Term Loan is repaid on the same day on which it is made, such day shall be included in computing interest on such portion of the Term Loan.
