Design and Construction Meetings. Prior to and during commencement of the Landlord’s Work, Tenant’s Representative shall be invited to attend and observe the formal design and construction meetings Landlord has with Base Building Architect, TI Architect and the general contractor for the Landlord’s Work (including the Tenant Improvements), which meetings generally shall be held weekly. Tenant’s Representative shall also have the ability to participate in such design and construction meetings related to the Tenant Improvements (but shall have no approval rights or authority to require changes except as otherwise set forth in this Work Letter), and shall only have the right to attend and observe (as opposed to participate in) design and construction meetings for the portions of the Landlord’s Work that do not comprise the Tenant Improvements, unless Landlord approves, in its sole discretion, of Tenant’s participation in such meetings for the portions of the Landlord’s Work that do not comprise the Tenant Improvements. The parties will discuss at such meetings any updates to the project schedule and the occurrence of any delays, and, if there are any such delays, the reasons for such delays (whether Force Majeure delays, Tenant Delays, or otherwise).
Meetings. Following the commencement of construction of the Tenant’s Work, Tenant shall hold at least weekly meetings with Tenant’s Architect and Tenant’s General Contractor regarding the progress of construction of the Tenant’s Work. Landlord and/or its agents shall receive prior notice of, and shall have the right to attend, all such meetings.
Tenant shall have the right, during the performance of Landlord’s Work, to have Tenant’s Representative participate in weekly construction meetings with Landlord and Contractor as to the status of the performance of Tenant Improvement Work.

Meetings Commencing upon the execution of this Lease, Tenant and Landlord shall hold meetings as required at a reasonable time, with the Architect and the Contractor regarding the progress of the preparation of Construction Drawings and the construction of the Tenant Improvements, which meetings shall be held at a location designated by the parties, and Landlord and/or its agents shall receive prior notice of, and shall have the right to attend, all such meetings, and, upon Landlord's request, certain of Tenant's Agents shall attend such meetings

Commencing upon the date Tenant begins to plan the Tenant Improvements, Tenant shall hold weekly meetings at a reasonable time, with the Architect and the Contractor (once retained) regarding the progress of the preparation of Approved Working Drawings and the construction of the Tenant Improvements, and Landlord and/or its agents shall receive prior notice of, and shall have the right to attend, all such meetings, and, upon Landlord's request, certain of Tenant's Agents shall attend such meetings. In addition, minutes shall be taken at all such meetings, a copy of which minutes shall be promptly delivered to Landlord. One such meeting each month shall include the review of Contractor's current request for payment, if any.
