Definitions. Capitalized terms are used in this Amendment as defined in the Credit Agreement and the Collateral Agreement, as applicable, unless otherwise defined herein.

As used herein, in addition to any definitions set forth elsewhere in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

In addition to the capitalized terms defined elsewhere in this Agreement, capitalized terms used herein shall have the definitions ascribed thereto in [Section 16].

Words used herein in the singular, where the context so permits, shall be deemed to include the plural and vice versa. The definitions of words in the singular herein shall apply to such words when used in the plural where the context so permits and vice versa.

Definitions. Terms defined in the Credit Agreement and used herein without definition shall have the respective meanings assigned to such terms in the Credit Agreement.

When defined terms from the Severance Agreement are used herein, they shall have the same definitions as provided in [Article 2] of the Severance Agreement.

Definitions. Any capitalized term used herein and not defined shall have the meaning assigned to it in the Financing Agreement, as amended by this Amendment.

Certain Definitions. In addition to terms defined elsewhere herein, the following terms have the following meanings when used in this Agreement with initial capital letters:

Defined Terms. Except where the context clearly indicates otherwise, all capitalized terms used herein shall have the definitions ascribed to them by the Plan, and the terms of the Plan shall apply where appropriate.
