Definitions; Headings; and Number. A term defined in any part of this Employment Agreement shall have the defined meaning wherever such term is used herein. The headings contained in this Agreement are for reference purposes only and shall not affect in any manner the meaning or interpretation of this Employment Agreement. Where appropriate to the context of this Agreement, use of the singular shall be deemed also to refer to the plural, and use of the plural to the singular.

Headings; Definitions. The headings in the Agreement are for convenience only and shall not affect the meaning of the terms as set out in the text. Any capitalized terms not defined in this Agreement will have the meaning assigned to those terms in the Employment Agreement.

Number. Words used herein in the singular form shall be construed as being used in the plural form, as the context requires, and vice versa.

Gender, Number, Section References and Headings. In this Plan, words in any gender include the other gender, the plural includes the singular, and the singular includes the plural. The Table of Contents and headings are for convenience of reference only and shall not modify, define, expand or limit the provisions of the Plan.

Headings. Headings are given to the Sections and subsections of the Plan solely as a convenience to facilitate reference. Such headings shall not be deemed in any way material or relevant to the construction or interpretation of the Plan or any provision thereof.
