Defined Terms. All words commencing with initial capital letters in this Amendment and defined in the Lease shall have the same meaning in this Amendment as in the Lease, unless they are otherwise defined in this Amendment.

Defined Terms. Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein have the meanings assigned to them in the Existing Credit Agreement or the Amended Credit Agreement (as defined below), as the context may require.

As used in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

Defined Terms. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings assigned to them in the Loan Agreement.
