promptly but no later than five Business Days after the Borrower shall at any time have knowledge that there is a Borrowing Base Deficiency, a Borrowing Base Certificate as at the date the Borrower has knowledge of such Borrowing Base Deficiency indicating the amount of the Borrowing Base Deficiency as at the date the Borrower obtained knowledge of such deficiency and the amount of the Borrowing Base Deficiency as of the date not earlier than one Business Day prior to the date the Borrowing Base Certificate is delivered pursuant to this paragraph;

promptly but no later than five (5) Business Days after any Financial Officer of the Borrower shall at any time have knowledge that there is a Borrowing Base Deficiency, a Borrowing Base Certificate as at the date the Borrowersuch Person has knowledge of such Borrowing Base Deficiency indicating the amount of thesuch Borrowing Base Deficiency as at the date the Borrowersuch Person obtained knowledge of such deficiency and the amount of thesuch Borrowing Base Deficiency as of the date not earlier than one (1) Business DayDays prior to the date the Borrowing Base Certificate is delivered pursuant to this paragraph;

8 When a Borrowing Base Certificate is required to be delivered under [Section 5.01(e)], add a [clause (iii)] as atfollows: [ and (iii) the date the Borrower has knowledgeBorrower’s computation of such Borrowing Base Deficiency indicating the amount of thesuch Borrowing Base Deficiency as at the date the Borrower obtained knowledge of such deficiency and the amount of thesuch Borrowing Base Deficiency as of [insert the date not earlier than one (1) Business DayDays prior to the date thethis Borrowing Base Certificate is delivered pursuant to this paragraph;delivered]]

a Borrowing Base Deficiency shall occur and continue unremedied for a period of five or more Business Days after the Borrower shall at any time have knowledge that there is a Borrowing Base Deficiency,delivery of a Borrowing Base Certificate as at the date the Borrower has knowledge ofdemonstrating such Borrowing Base Deficiency indicatingpursuant to [Section 5.01(e)]; provided that it shall not be an Event of Default hereunder if the amountBorrower shall present the Administrative Agent with a plan reasonably feasible in the opinion of the Administrative Agent (with the approval of the Required ​) to enable such Borrowing Base Deficiency as atto be cured within 30 Business Days (which 30-Business Day period shall include the date the Borrower obtained knowledgefive Business Days permitted for delivery of such deficiency and the amount of the Borrowing Base Deficiencyplan), so long as of the date not earlier than one Business Day prior to the date the Borrowing Base Certificate is delivered pursuant to this paragraph;

a Borrowing Base Deficiency shall occur and continue unremedied for a period of five (5) or more Business Days after the Borrower shall at any time have knowledge that there is a Borrowing Base Deficiency,delivery of a Borrowing Base Certificate as at the date the Borrower has knowledge ofdemonstrating such Borrowing Base Deficiency indicatingpursuant to [Section 5.01(e)]; provided that it shall not be an Event of Default hereunder if the amount ofBorrower shall present the Administrative Agent with a reasonably feasible plan to cure such Borrowing Base Deficiency as atwithin thirty (30) Business Days (which thirty (30) Business Day period shall include the date the Borrower obtained knowledgefive (5) Business Days permitted for delivery of such deficiency and the amount of theplan), so long as such Borrowing Base Deficiency as of the date not earlier than oneis cured within such thirty (30) Business Day priorperiod; provided further, such thirty (30) Business Day period shall be extended to a forty-five (45) Business Day period solely to the date the Borrowing Base Certificate is delivered pursuantextent as provided in [Section 2.10(c)(i)] in order to this paragraph;cure any failure to satisfy [Section 5.13(h)];
