In performing the Work, it is contemplated that [[United Rentals:Organization]] will give Consultant and [[Person A:Person]] access to certain of [[United Rentals:Organization]]’ Trade Secrets (as defined below) and/or Confidential Information (as defined below). “Trade Secrets” shall mean all information not generally known about the business of [[United Rentals:Organization]] which is the subject of efforts that are reasonable under the circumstances to maintain its secrecy or confidentiality and from which [[United Rentals:Organization]] derives economic value from the fact that the information is not generally known to other persons who can obtain economic value from its disclosure or use, and shall include any and all Confidential Information (as defined below) which may be protected as a trade secret under any applicable law, even if not specifically designated as such. Unless told otherwise, Consultant shall treat all Confidential Information (as defined below) as Trade Secrets, and Consultant shall ensure that its Representatives do the same.
