Liens on cash, cash equivalents and other Permitted Investments arising in connection with the defeasance, discharge or redemption of Indebtedness; provided that such defeasance, discharge or redemption is permitted hereunder and such cash, cash equivalents and other Permitted Investments are used or to be used for such defeasance, discharge or redemption; and

Liens on cash, cash equivalentsor Cash Equivalents used to defease or to satisfy and other Permitted Investments arising in connection with the defeasance, discharge or redemption of Indebtedness; provided that such defeasance,defeasance or satisfaction and discharge or redemption is permitted hereunder and such cash, cash equivalents and other Permitted Investments are used or to be used for such defeasance, discharge or redemption; andhereunder;

Liens on cash, cash equivalents andCash Equivalents or other Permitted Investmentsproperty arising in connection with the defeasance,defeasance or discharge or redemption of Indebtedness;Indebtedness, provided that such defeasance,defeasance or discharge or redemption is permitted hereunder and such cash, cash equivalents and other Permitted Investments are used or to be used for such defeasance, discharge or redemption; andnot prohibited by this Agreement;

Liens on cash, cash equivalents and other Permitted Investments arising in connection with the defeasance,used to satisfy or discharge or redemption of Indebtedness; provided that such defeasance,satisfaction or discharge or redemption is permitted hereunder and such cash, cash equivalents and other Permitted Investments are used or to be used for such defeasance, discharge or redemption; andhereunder;
