To the extent such Defaulting Lender’s Letter of Credit Liabilities are reallocated to the Non-Defaulting Lenders pursuant to [clause (i) above], the fees payable to the Non-Defaulting Lenders pursuant to Section 2.08(a) and 2.08(b) shall be adjusted in accordance with such Non-Defaulting Lenders’ Percentages; and

to the extent that the Letter of Credit Liabilities of the non-Defaulting Lenders are reallocated pursuant to [clause (i) above], then the letter of credit fees payable to the Lenders pursuant to [Section 2.07(b)] shall be adjusted in accordance with such non-Defaulting Lenders’ Percentages; and

if the Letter of Credit Usage of the non-Defaulting Lenders is reallocated pursuant to [clause (A) above], then the fees payable to the Lenders pursuant to [Section 2.09(a)(ii)] shall be adjusted in accordance with such non-Defaulting Lenders’ Applicable Percentages; and

to the extent the Letter of Credit Exposure of the Non-Defaulting Lenders is reallocated pursuant to this Section 2.3(g)(ii), then the Letter of Credit Fees payable to the Non-Defaulting Lenders pursuant to Section 2.6(b) shall be correspondingly adjusted in accordance with such Non-Defaulting Lenders’ Letter of Credit Exposure;

to the extent the Letter of Credit Exposure of the Non-Defaulting Lenders is reallocated pursuant to this [Section 2.3(g)(ii)], then the Letter of Credit Fees payable to the Non-Defaulting Lenders pursuant to [Section 2.6(b)] shall be adjusted in accordance with such Non-Defaulting Lenders' Letter of Credit Exposure;

to the extent the Letter of Credit Exposure of the Non-Defaulting Lenders is reallocated pursuant to this [Section 2.3(g)(ii)], then the Letter of Credit Fees payable to the Non-Defaulting Lenders pursuant to [Section 2.6(b)] shall be adjusted in accordance with such Non-Defaulting Lenders’ Letter of Credit Exposure;

if any portion of the LC Exposure of the non-Defaulting Lenders is reallocated pursuant to [clause (i) above], then the fees payable to the Lenders pursuant to Section 2.10(a) and Section 2.10(b) shall be adjusted in accordance with such non-Defaulting Lenders’ Applicable Percentages after giving effect to such reallocation; and

to the extent the Letter of Credit Exposure of the non-Defaulting ​ is reallocated pursuant to this [Section 2.3(g)(ii)], then the Letter of Credit Fees payable to the non-Defaulting ​ pursuant to [Section 2.3(d)] shall be adjusted in accordance with such non-Defaulting ​’ Letter of Credit Exposure;

so long as no Default has occurred and is continuing, the Letter of Credit Liabilities of such Defaulting Lender shall be reallocated among the Non-Defaulting Lenders in accordance with their respective Percentages but only to the extent that the sum of each such Non-Defaulting Lender’s Loans plus such Non-Defaulting Lender’s Letter of Credit Liabilities (after giving effect to such reallocation) would not exceed the total of such Non-Defaulting Lender’s Commitment;

if the LC Exposure of the non-Defaulting Lenders is reallocated pursuant to [clause (i) above], then the fees payable to the Lenders pursuant to [Sections 2.12(a) and 2.12(b)])] shall be adjusted in accordance with such non-Defaulting Lenders’ Applicable Percentages; and
