all or any part of the Letter of Credit Liabilities of such Defaulting Lender shall be reallocated among the non-Defaulting Lenders in accordance with their respective Percentages but only to the extent the sum of all non-Defaulting Lenders’ Credit Exposures plus such Defaulting Lender’s Letter of Credit Liabilities does not exceed the total of all non-Defaulting Lenders’ Commitments;

so long as no Default has occurred and is continuing, the Letter of Credit Liabilities of such Defaulting Lender shall be reallocated among the non-Non-Defaulting Lenders in accordance with their respective Percentages but only to the extent that the sum of all non-each such Non-Defaulting Lenders’ Credit ExposuresLender’s Loans plus such Non-Defaulting Lender’Lender’s Letter of Credit Liabilities does(after giving effect to such reallocation) would not exceed the total of all non-such Non-Defaulting Lenders’ Commitments;Lender’s Commitment;

the Letter of Credit Liabilities of such Defaulting LenderBank shall be reallocated among the non-Defaulting LendersBanks in accordance with their respective Commitment Percentages but only to the extent # no Default or Event of Default has occurred and is continuing and # the sum of alleach non-Defaulting Lenders’ Credit ExposuresBank’s Loans plus such Defaulting Lender’sits Letter of Credit Liabilities does not exceed the total of all non-Defaulting Lenders’ Commitments;its Revolving Commitment;

all or any part of the Letter of Credit Liabilities​ Exposure of such Defaulting Lender shall be reallocated among the non-Defaulting Lenders​ in accordance with their respective Revolving Credit Percentages but only to the extent the sum of all non-Defaulting Lenders’​’ Revolving Extensions of Credit Exposures plus such Defaulting Lender’s Letter of Credit LiabilitiesL/C Exposure does not exceed the total of all non-Defaulting Lenders’​’ Revolving Credit Commitments;

to the extent that the Letter of Credit Liabilities of such Defaulting Lender shall be reallocated among the non-Defaulting Lenders are reallocated pursuant to [clause (i) above], then the letter of credit fees payable to the Lenders pursuant to [Section 2.07(b)] shall be adjusted in accordance with their respective Percentages but only to the extent the sum of allsuch non-Defaulting Lenders’ Credit Exposures plus such Defaulting Lender’s Letter of Credit Liabilities does not exceed the total of all non-Defaulting Lenders’ Commitments;Percentages; and

all or any part of the Letter of Credit LiabilitiesL/C Exposure of such Defaulting LenderBank shall be reallocated among the non-Defaulting Lenders​ in accordance with their respective Commitment Percentages but only to the extent the sum of all non-Defaulting Lenders’​’ Aggregate Outstanding Extensions of Credit Exposures plus such Defaulting Lender’Bank’s Letter of Credit LiabilitiesL/C Exposure does not exceed the total of all non-Defaulting Lenders’​’ Commitments;

all or any part of the Letter of Credit Liabilitiessuch Swingline Exposure and/or such LC Exposure of such Defaulting Lender (other than the portion of such Swingline Exposure referred to in [clause (b)] of the definition of such term) shall be reallocated among the non-Defaulting Lenders in accordance with their respective Applicable Percentages but only to the extent that the sum of all non-Defaulting Lenders’ Credit Exposures plus such Defaulting Lender’s Letter of Credit LiabilitiesSwingline Exposure and/or LC Exposure does not exceed the total of all non-Defaulting Lenders’ Commitments; and

all or any part of the Letter of Credit LiabilitiesSwingline Exposure and LC Exposure of such Defaulting Lender (other than the portion of such Swingline Exposure referred to in [clause (b)] of the definition of such term) shall be reallocated among the non-Defaulting Lenders​ in accordance with their respective Applicable Percentages but only to the extent the sum of allthat such reallocation does not, as to any non-Defaulting Lenders’ Credit Exposures plusLender, cause the Dollar Amount of such non-Defaulting Lender’s Letter ofRevolving Credit LiabilitiesExposure to exceeds its Commitment and LC Exposure does not exceed the total of all non-Defaulting Lenders’​’ Commitments;
