Defaulting Lender. If any Lender shall fail to make any payment required to be made by it pursuant to [Section 2.05(e), 2.06(a), 2.17(d) or 9.03(c)])])])], then the Administrative Agent may, in its discretion and notwithstanding any contrary provision hereof, # apply any amounts thereafter received by the Administrative Agent for the account of such Lender for the benefit of the Administrative Agent or the Issuing Banks to satisfy such Lender’s obligations under such Sections until all such unsatisfied obligations are fully paid, and/or # hold any such amounts in a segregated account as cash collateral for, and application to, any future funding obligations of such Lender under such Sections; in the case of each of [clauses (i) and (ii) above], in any order as determined by the Administrative Agent in its discretion.

Defaulting Lender. If any Lender shall fail to make any payment required to be made by it pursuant to [Section 2.04(c), 2.05(e)d) or (e), 2.06(a)b), 2.17(d) or 9.03(c)])])])])])], then the Applicable Administrative Agent may, in its discretion and notwithstanding(notwithstanding any contrary provision hereof,hereof), # apply any amounts thereafter received by the Applicable Administrative Agent for the account of such Lender for the benefit of the Administrative Agent or the Issuing Banks to satisfy such Lender’s obligations under such Sections until all such unsatisfied obligations are fully paid,paid and/or # hold any such amounts in a segregated account as cash collateral for, and application to, any future funding obligations of such Lender under any such Sections;Section, in the case of each of [clauses (i) and (ii) above], in any order as determined by the Applicable Administrative Agent in its discretion.

If any Lender shall fail to make any payment required to be made by it pursuant to [Section 2.05(e)04(c), 2.06(05(a), 2.17(d) or 9.03(c)])2.16(d)])])], then the Administrative Agent may, in its discretion and notwithstanding(notwithstanding any contrary provision hereof, #hereof), apply any amounts thereafter received by the Administrative Agent for the account of such Lender for the benefit of the Administrative Agent or the Issuing Banks to satisfy such Lender’s obligations under such Sections until all such unsatisfied obligations are fully paid, and/or # hold any such amounts in a segregated account as cash collateral for, and application to, any future funding obligations of such Lender under such Sections; in the case of each of [clauses (i) and (ii) above], in any order as determined by the Administrative Agent in its discretion.paid.

If any Lender shall fail to make any payment required to be made by it pursuanthereunder to [Section 2.05(e), 2.06(a), 2.17(d) or 9.03(c)])])])],for the account of the Administrative Agent or any Issuing Bank, then the Administrative Agent may, in its discretion and notwithstanding(notwithstanding any contrary provision hereof,hereof), # apply any amounts thereafter received by the Administrative Agent for the account of such Lender for the benefit of the Administrative Agent or the Issuing Banks to satisfy such Lender’s obligations underin respect of such Sectionspayment until all such unsatisfied obligations are fully paid, and/have been discharged or # hold any such amounts in a segregated account as cash collateral for, and application to, any future funding obligations of such Lender under such Sections; in the case of each of [clauses (i)pursuant to [Sections 2.05(d), 2.05(f), 2.06(b), 2.18(c), 2.18(d) and (ii) above]9.03(c)])])])])])], in anyeach case in such order as shall be determined by the Administrative Agent in its discretion. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, any amounts paid by a Loan Party for the account of a Lender that are applied or held pursuant to this [Section 2.18(e)] shall be deemed paid by such Loan Party to such Lender.

Defaulting Lender.
