Default Notice. As soon as possible and in any event within two Business Days after a Responsible Officer obtains knowledge of the occurrence of each Default or any event, development or occurrence reasonably expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect continuing on the date of such statement, a statement of the Chief Financial Officer (or other Responsible Officer) of the Parent Guarantor setting forth details of such Default or such event, development or occurrence and the action that the Parent Guarantor has taken and proposes to take with respect thereto.

Default Notice. Promptly and in any event within three (3) Business Days after any Financial Officer of such Borrower has actual knowledge of the occurrence of each Default continuing on the date of such statement, a statement of the Financial Officer of such Borrower setting forth details of such Default and the action that such Borrower has taken and proposes to take with respect thereto.

Notice of Default. The Makers shall promptly notify the Lender in writing of the occurrence of any Event of Default, specifying in connection with such notification all actions proposed to be taken to remedy such circumstance.

Notice of Default. Administrative Agent shall not be deemed to have knowledge or notice of the occurrence of any Default or Event of Default except with respect to defaults in the payment of principal, interest and fees required to be paid to Administrative Agent for the account of Lenders, unless Administrative Agent shall have received written notice from a Lender or Borrower referring to this Agreement, describing such Default or Event of Default and stating that such notice is a “notice of default”. Administrative Agent will notify each Lender of its receipt of any such notice. Administrative Agent shall take such action with respect to such Default or Event of Default as may be requested by Required Lenders (or all or such other portion of the Lenders as shall be prescribed by this Agreement) in accordance with the terms hereof. Unless and until Administrative Agent has received any such request, Administrative Agent may (but shall not be obligated to) take such action, or refrain from taking such action, with respect to such Default or Event of Default as it shall deem advisable or in the best interests of Lenders.

Default Notice. Landlord, upon providing Tenant any notice of: # default under this Lease or # a termination of this Lease, shall at the same time provide a copy of such notice to every Permitted Leasehold Mortgagee for which notice has been properly provided to Landlord pursuant to [Section 17.1(b)] hereof. No such notice by Landlord to Tenant shall be deemed to have been duly given unless and until a copy thereof has been sent, in the manner prescribed in [Section 35.1] of this Lease, to every Permitted Leasehold Mortgagee for which notice has been properly provided to Landlord pursuant to [Section 17.1(b)] hereof. From and after such notice has been sent to a Permitted Leasehold Mortgagee, such Permitted Leasehold Mortgagee shall have the same period, after the giving of such notice upon its remedying any default or acts or omissions which are the subject matter of such notice or causing the same to be remedied, as is given Tenant after the giving of such notice to Tenant, plus in each instance, the additional periods of time specified in subsections [(d) and (e) of this Section 17.1] to remedy, commence remedying or cause to be remedied the defaults or acts or omissions which are the subject matter of such notice specified in any such notice. Landlord shall accept such performance by or at the instigation of such Permitted Leasehold Mortgagee as if the same had been done by Tenant. Tenant authorizes each Permitted Leasehold Mortgagee (to the extent such action is authorized under the applicable Debt Agreement) to take any such action at such Permitted Leasehold Mortgagee’s option and does hereby authorize entry upon the premises by the Permitted Leasehold Mortgagee for such purpose.

Notice of Default As soon as the existence of any Event of Default or Potential Default becomes known to any officer of Borrower, prompt written notice of such Event of Default or Potential Default, the nature and status thereof, and the action being taken or proposed to be taken with respect thereto
