In addition to the rights of any Domestic Swing Line Lender pursuant to [Section 11.06(f)], subject to the appointment and acceptance of a successor Domestic Swing Line Lender, any Domestic Swing Line Lender may resign as a Domestic Swing Line Lender at any time upon forty-five (45) days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent and [[Released U.K. Borrowers:Organization]], in which case, such Domestic Swing Line Lender shall be replaced in accordance with [Section 2.04(g)(i)].

In addition to the rights of the U.K. Swing Line Lender pursuant to [Section 11.06(f)], subject to the appointment and acceptance of a successor U.K. Swing Line Lender, the U.K. Swing Line Lender may resign as the U.K. Swing Line Lender at any time upon forty-five (45) days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent and the U.K. Borrowers, in which case, the U.K. Swing Line Lender shall be replaced in accordance with [Section 2.04(g)(iii)].

Resignation of the Swing Line Lender. Subject to the appointment and acceptance of a successor Swing Line Lender, the Swing Line Lender may resign as a Swing Line Lender at any time upon thirty days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent, the Borrower and the ​, in which case, such Swing Line Lender shall be replaced in accordance with [Section 2.04(h)] above.

Subject to the appointment and acceptance of a successor Swingline Lender, any Swingline Lender may resign as a Swingline Lender at any time upon thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent, the Borrower and the Lenders, in which case, such Swingline Lender shall be replaced in accordance with [Section 2.04(e)] above.

Subject to the appointment and acceptance of a successor Swingline Lender, any Swingline Lender may resign as a Swingline Lender at any time upon 30 days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent, the Borrower and the Lenders, in which case, such Swingline Lender shall be replaced in accordance with [Section 2.04(f)] above.

Subject to the appointment and acceptance of a successor Swingline Lender, the Swingline Lender may resign as a Swingline Lender at any time upon thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent, the Borrower and the Lenders, in which case, such Swingline Lender shall be replaced in accordance with [Section 2.04(d)] above.

Subject to the appointment and acceptance of a successor Swingline Lender, the Swingline Lender may resign as Swingline Lender at any time upon thirty days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent, ​ and ​, in which case, the Swingline Lender shall be replaced in accordance with [Section 2.05(e)] above.

In addition to the rights of the Canadian Swing Line Lender pursuant to [Section 11.06(f)], subject to the appointment and acceptance of a successor Canadian Swing Line Lender, the Canadian Swing Line Lender may resign as the Canadian Swing Line Lender at any time upon forty-five (45) days’ prior written notice to the Canadian Agent and the Canadian Borrowers, in which case, the Canadian Swing Line Lender shall be replaced in accordance with [Section 2.04(g)(ii)].

Subject to the appointment and acceptance of a successor Swingline Lender, the Swingline Lender may resign as Swingline Lender at any time upon thirty days’ prior written notice to the Administrative Agent, the Borrower and the Lenders, in which case, such Swingline Lender shall be replaced in accordance with Section 2.21(d) above.

Subject to the appointment and acceptance of a successor Swingline Lender, the Swingline Lender may resign as Swingline Lender at any time upon thirty days’ prior written notice to [[Administrative Agent:Organization]], ​ and [[Organization B:Organization]], in which case, the Swingline Lender shall be replaced in accordance with Section 2.05(e) above.
