Make any Investments, except:

Investments. Borrower shall not directly or indirectly acquire or own, or make any Investment in or to any Person, or permit any of its Subsidiaries so to do, other than Permitted Investments.

Investments. Neither Borrower nor any Subsidiary owns any stock, partnership interest or other equity securities of any Person, except for Permitted Investments.

Investments. Directly or indirectly acquire or own, or make any Investment in or to any Person, or permit any of its Subsidiaries so to do, other than Permitted Investments; or maintain or invest any of its property with a Person other than Bank or permit any of its Subsidiaries to do so unless such Person has entered into an account control agreement with Bank in form and substance satisfactory to Bank; or suffer or permit any Subsidiary to be a party to, or be bound by, an agreement that restricts such Subsidiary from paying dividends or otherwise distributing property to Borrower.

Investments. Upon a request by the Seller pursuant to Section 2.02, and on the terms and subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, the Conduit Purchasers, ratably, in accordance with the aggregate of the Commitments of the Related Committed Purchasers with respect to each such Conduit Purchaser, severally and not jointly, may, in their sole discretion, make payments of Capital to the Seller on a revolving basis, and if and to the extent any Conduit Purchaser does not make any such payment of Capital or if any Group does not include a Conduit Purchaser, the Related Committed Purchaser(s) for such Conduit Purchaser or the Committed Purchaser for such Group, as the case may be, shall, ratably in accordance with their respective Commitments, severally and not jointly, make such payment of Capital to the Seller, in either case, from time to time during the period from the Closing Date to the Termination Date. Each such payment of Capital by a Purchaser to the Seller shall constitute an Investment hereunder for all purposes. Under no circumstances shall any Purchaser be obligated to make any Investment if, after giving effect thereto:

Investments. Purchase or acquire obligations or Equity Interests of, or any other interest in, any Person, except Permitted Investments.

Investments. As of the date hereof, the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries do not own any Investments other than Permitted Investments of the types described in clauses (a)-(e) of the definition of such term in Section 1.1 hereof and other than the Investments listed in [Schedule 1.1.C] hereto, which Item correctly sets forth the amounts (determined as provided in the definition of “Investments” in Section 1.1) of the Investments listed thereon.

Investments. Upon a request by the Seller pursuant to [Section 2.02], and on the terms and subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, the Purchasers shall, ratably in accordance with their respective Commitments, severally and not jointly, make payments of Capital to the Seller from time to time during the period from the Closing Date to (but excluding) the Termination Date. Each such payment of Capital by a Purchaser to the Seller shall constitute an Investment hereunder for all purposes. Under no circumstances shall any Purchaser be obligated to make any Investment if, after giving effect thereto:
