Acceptance. If you decide to accept our offer, please sign the enclosed copy of this letter in the space indicated and return it to me. This offer will expire at 5:00 PM on August 4, 2017. Before joining the Company you will be required to sign the Companys Standard Agreement Regarding Inventions, Confidentiality and Non-competition. You will also be required to pass a standard background check. Your signature will acknowledge that you have read and understood and agreed to the terms and conditions of this offer letter and the attached documents, if any. Should you have anything else that you wish to discuss, please do not hesitate to call me.
We hope that you will accept our offer to join the Company. You may indicate your agreement with these terms and accept this offer by signing and dating both the enclosed duplicate original of this letter agreement and the attached Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement and returning them to me. This offer, if not accepted, will expire at the close of business on November 29, 2019. As required by law, your employment with the Company is contingent upon your providing legal proof of your identity and authorization to work in the United States. Your employment is also contingent upon # your starting work with the Company on or before December 16, 2019, # your completing an employment application and # a background and/or reference check to the Company’s satisfaction.
