All decisions or interpretations of this Plan shall be made by the Compensation Committee in its sole discretion and shall be binding on the Company, and the Participants.
Interpretation. All decisions or interpretations made by the Compensation Committee with regard to any question arising under the Plan or this Agreement as provided by Section 1 of the Plan, shall be binding and conclusive on the Company and the Director.
