Review by Employee. Employee acknowledges that he has read the provisions of this Release Agreement, that Employee was advised of his right to review this Release Agreement with an attorney at his expense, and that Employee fully understands the meaning and intent of this Release Agreement and agrees to all of its terms.

Employee agrees Employee is fully able and competent to enter into this Agreement, that Employee has read this Agreement in its entirety, that Employee had an opportunity to review it with an attorney, and that Employee’s agreement to all of its provisions is made freely, voluntarily, and with full knowledge and understanding of its contents. Further, Employee represents and acknowledges that in executing this Agreement, Employee does not rely and has not relied upon any representation or statement made by any or all of the RELEASEES with regard to the subject matter, basis, or effect of this Agreement or otherwise, other than the obligations of the parties set forth in this Agreement.

Employee agrees and acknowledges that # Employee has had an adequate opportunity to review this Release and all of its terms, # Employee understands all of the terms of this Release, which are fair, reasonable and are not the result of any fraud, duress, coercion, pressure or undue influence exercised by or on behalf of any Releasee and # Employee has agreed to and/or entered into this Release and all of the terms hereof, knowingly, freely and voluntarily.
