"Leverage Ratio" means the ratio of Net Debt to EBITDA.
“Net Leverage Ratio” means Debt (as defined below) net of Cash (as defined below), divided by Adjusted EBITDA (as defined below).
"Leverage" means, in respect of any Relevant Period, the ratio of Total Net Debt on the last day of that Relevant Period to EBITDA in respect of that Relevant Period.
